When people ask what I do, I say I solve problems. I wear many hats: researcher, technical writer, trainer, project manager, data analyst, instructional designer, and more.

I have decades of experience in chemical and oilfield industries, with expertise in:

• transformational organizational change
• auditing and process development (technical writing, training, course development, project management, analytics and dashboards)
• quality systems and best-practices benchmarking

For the past 10 years, I have worked on many high-profile, high-impact, cradle-to- grave corporate projects, including the implementation of three enterprise-wide learning management systems and the building of several centralized national training centers.

No one in the world has the combination of education, skills, experience, and knowledge I do. I have a hybrid and unique skill set.

I am driven and very passionate about my work. I also have the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization and educational levels, particularly in challenging environments and work cultures.

I have longevity AND success doing what I do because I learn and adapt to get stuff done. I have a very high standard I set for myself and everything I do. If my name is on something, it’s done to the best of my ability and I put in 1000% of my all into it.
